1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using OYRA ("the App", "we", "us", "our") you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use OYRA.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use OYRA. By using the App you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. Accounts believed to belong to minors are removed (see our Child Safeguarding Policy).
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for your account, your password, and all activity under it.
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- One person, one account. Do not sell, rent, share or transfer your account.
- Tell us at [email protected] about any unauthorised use.
4. Coins, Diamonds & Virtual Items
- OYRA offers virtual currency ("Coins"), rewards ("Diamonds"), gifts, frames and other virtual items.
- Coins and virtual items have NO monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for cash except through official creator/agency withdrawal programs where offered and subject to their rules.
- All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except where refunds are required by law.
- We may change prices, availability or the value of virtual items at any time.
- Diamonds earned by eligible creators may be withdrawn only per the published payout rules and after identity verification.
5. Your Content
- You keep ownership of the content you post (photos, moments, voice notes, messages).
- You grant OYRA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute your content to operate and promote the service.
- You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OYRA to harass, threaten or harm others; post illegal, hateful, sexual or violent content; sexualise or endanger minors; impersonate others; run scams or spam; infringe intellectual property; hack, scrape or disrupt the service; or circumvent payments. See our Community Guidelines and Platform Rules.
7. Payments
- Purchases are processed by third-party providers and app stores under their terms.
- Fraudulent payments or chargebacks may result in suspension and forfeiture of virtual items.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may stop using OYRA at any time and can request deletion in Settings -> Account Security -> Delete Account, or from our Account Deletion page.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. OYRA is not responsible for interactions between users - be careful and never send money to other users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OYRA Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items, data, or profits.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your country of residence where required, otherwise by the laws of OYRA Technologies' principal place of business. Questions: [email protected].
