- Account information: display name, gender, date of birth, phone number or email, profile photos and bio.
- Usage information: features you use, interactions, and time spent.
- Device information: device model, operating system, app version, identifiers and IP address.
- Location: approximate (coarse) location for nearby people and recommendations, only if you allow it.
- Content: photos, moments, voice notes and messages you send.
- Payment information: your purchase history. Card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by us.
- Verification: a selfie/photo used for face and age verification.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalise the service, recommendations and matching.
- To process purchases and creator payouts.
- For safety, moderation, fraud prevention and age/identity verification.
- For customer support and to send you service messages.
- To analyse and improve our features.
3. How We Share Information
- With service providers (hosting, payments, analytics, moderation) bound by contract.
- For safety and legal reasons: to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, and protect users - including reporting child sexual abuse material to law-enforcement and child-protection organisations.
- Public content (your profile and moments) is visible to other users.
- We do NOT sell your personal data.
4. Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, safety and accounting purposes. You can request deletion in Settings -> Account Security -> Delete Account, or from our Account Deletion page.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact [email protected] to exercise your rights.
6. Security
We use technical and organisational measures such as encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
OYRA is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. See our Child Safeguarding Policy.
8. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards in place.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy and will update the effective date above when we do.
