Zero Tolerance
OYRA has ZERO tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any sexualisation of minors. OYRA is an adults-only platform for users aged 18 and over.
Our Commitments
- 18+ only: we use age declaration and verification and remove accounts suspected to belong to minors.
- We prohibit and act against any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms, endangers or exploits children.
- We remove violating content, permanently ban offenders, preserve evidence, and report to law-enforcement and relevant child-protection organisations as required by law.
How We Detect & Prevent CSAE
- Age gate at sign-up: date of birth is capped so no one under 18 can register, and a declared age under 18 is rejected server-side.
- Automated moderation screens text, images and uploaded media for sexual content and child-endangerment signals, in addition to a human review process.
- In-app Report and Block tools on profiles, chats, comments and posts route reports to our safety team.
Reporting
If you encounter content or behaviour that may endanger a child, report it immediately using the in-app Report tool or email [email protected]. Reports are treated urgently and confidentially.
Cooperation
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child-protection authorities and comply with applicable child-protection laws, including reporting to the relevant national authorities and hotlines.
