Delete Your OYRA Account & Data
You can ask us to delete your OYRA account and the personal data associated with it at any time. You do not need to keep the app installed to make this request.
How To Request Deletion
There are two ways to request deletion:
- In the app: open OYRA, go to Settings -> Account Security -> Delete Account, then tap "Request Deletion". This is the fastest route.
- By email: from the email address registered on your account, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". Tell us your registered phone number or email so we can locate and verify your account. If you can write from your registered email, no app login is required.
What Happens Next
- Your request is recorded and reviewed by our team to confirm it is genuine and that there are no outstanding safety or payment disputes.
- Once approved (normally within 30 days), your account is deactivated and your personal data - profile, photos, moments, voice notes, messages and contacts - is removed from active systems.
- Virtual items (Coins, Diamonds, VIP benefits and gifts) are permanently forfeited and are not refundable.
- Account deletion is irreversible.
Data We May Keep
We may retain a limited amount of data after deletion only where the law requires it or to protect our users - for example transaction and financial records for accounting and tax, and abuse/safety records (such as records relating to child-safety reports). This data is kept for no longer than required and is not used to re-create your profile.
